When you buy your printer and paper from Computing Designs Inc. on a regular basis,
we will continue to provide you with technical support to keep your printers running
and your business a success.

We no longer repair post warranty printers or provide technical assistance for non-customers.

If you just bought a new Mitsubishi printer that you can't get working, contact the dealer you
bought the printer from.  It is their responsibility to get you running with a fully
functioning printer.  If your printer is DOA, they can provide the proper steps for replacement.

Any item sent in for repair must be paid for within 90 days of receipt of the item,
otherwise it will be sold for the cost of repairing the item.
